Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all cosmetic products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once received.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us immediately upon receiving your order, or within 48 hours, with your order number and clear photos of the product.

Approved cases may be eligible for replacement or refund depending on the situation.
